Project Overview

New Line Electric completed the full electrical installation for this 127,300-square-foot, four-story self-storage facility, featuring over 126,000 square feet of climate-controlled storage space and a 996-square-foot customer service office. Our scope included underground electrical infrastructure, service and power distribution, interior and exterior LED lighting, lighting controls, emergency and life safety systems, office power and lighting, and all final electrical devices. The project required careful coordination across multiple levels to deliver a safe, efficient, and reliable electrical system that supports both daily operations and an exceptional customer experience.
