Project Overview

New Line Electric completed the electrical build-out of four speculative office suites from a cold, lit shell condition, along with the extension of the building's common corridor. Each suite was designed to provide a modern, functional workspace featuring a reception area, conference room, pantry with ADA-compliant appliances and sink, multiple private offices, and an open office area with contemporary finishes throughout.

Our scope included the complete installation of power distribution, energy-efficient LED lighting, lighting controls, and modifications to the fire alarm and life safety systems. All electrical work was performed in coordination with the mechanical and plumbing trades to deliver fully code-compliant MEP systems, creating turnkey office spaces ready for future tenant occupancy.
